Patrick Christopher Giles, 48, of 829 Rose Hill Avenue, Hagerstown MD, passed away, Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at his home.

Born Monday, July 17, 1961, in Cheverly, Maryland, and raised in Putnam, CT, he was the son of the late Hence Giles and the late Marie Sandbower Giles.

He was a very talented woodworker, and enjoyed spending time with his family and special feline friends Snowball and BooBoo.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years Nancy E. Giles, one son, Christopher R. and wife Melissa of Hagerstown, MD; four sisters, Colleen Giles, CT, Molly Giles, CT, Becky Giles, CT, Peggy Giles, CT; one brother, Billy Giles, AZ; several half brothers and sisters, numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his step mother, Janet Giles and sister Anna Thoms.

Memorial services will be held Monday, March 15, 2010, at 11:00 AM, at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown, MD with the Rev. Richard Daughtridge officiating.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday, March 15.
