Wilbur Richard Grimm, Jr., 60, of 20 Conscription Way, Hedgesville WV, passed away, Monday, March 8, 2010, at the City Hospital, Martinsburg.

Born Monday, November 21, 1949, in Ranson, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Wilbur R. Grimm, Sr. and the late Juanita V. Frazier Grimm.

He started his aerospace career with Fairchild and later with Northrop Grumman and was last employed with Boeing Corporation retiring after many years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving in Vietnam. He was a member of Red Men Tribe 84 of Williamsport, and Post 10 American Legion in Boonsboro, MD

He is survived by his wife of 40 years Vickie D. Grimm, four sons, Richard Grimm & wife Bobbi Jo of Sharpsburg, MD, Ronald Grimm of Fontana, CA, Randal Grimm of Victorville, CA, and Ryan Grimm of Hedgesville, WV; three sisters, Rebecca Hartman of Mercersburg, PA, Patricia Shank of Winchester, VA, and Sherry Breeden of Greencastle, PA; one brother, Wayne Grimm of Fairplay, MD; six grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Services will be held Friday, March 12, 2010, at 11:00 AM, at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown, MD with Pastor Clarence Davis, Jr. officiating.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, March 11.

Interment will follow at the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown, Maryland.
