Donald Theodore Wolford, 83, of 13224 Greencastle Pike, Hagerstown MD, passed away, Tuesday, February 9, 2010, at the Veterans Affairs Hospital, Martinsburg.

Born Saturday, October 16, 1926, in Clear Spring, Maryland, he was the son of the late Jessie James Wolford and the late Frances Pearl Kesselirag Wolford. he was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Ann Wolford in 2007.

He was first employed with Coffman Mfg. and later retired from Duvinage Corporation. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Air Force. He was also a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his sister, Mildred Gargana of Hagerstown, MD; one brother, Floyd Wolford of Hagerstown, MD; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by sisters, Frances Summers, Grace Hull and Martha Wolford and brothers, John Wolford and Lester Wolford.

Services will be held Friday, February 12, 2010, at 10:30 AM, at the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park 17636 West Washington Street, Hagerstown, MD with the Rev. Quentin Fleming officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
